Daily Loss Limit — Day 2 with Profits
You have a $10,000 Instant Funded account (3% daily loss). On Day 1 you made $500 profit. At 2 AM UTC on Day 2 your balance is now $10,500 — higher than your initial deposit.
The daily limit always recalculates from the 2 AM UTC daily start balance. On Day 2 that is 3% of $10,500 = $315. If your equity falls to $10,185 or below at any point, your account is immediately failed — even though your initial balance was only $10,000.
15% Single-Day & Single-Trade Cap
You have accumulated $1,000 in total profits on your Instant Funded account. On one great day you make $250.
The cap is 15% of $1,000 = $150. Earning $250 in a single day exceeds the consistency threshold by $100. You can continue trading — the rule is only checked at payout time. By the time you request a withdrawal, your single best profitable day must not exceed 15% of your total PnL. Keep accumulating profits on other days until that ratio is back within the limit.
You have accumulated $1,000 in total profits spread across many days. One trade alone closes with $200 profit while your other trades are smaller. The cap is still 15% of $1,000 = $150, so a single trade profit of $200 also exceeds the limit.
At payout time, your single best profitable trade must not exceed 15% of your total PnL — even if no single day breached the cap on its own.
Maximum Total Loss Floor
You start with a $10,000 Instant Funded account (6% max total loss). After a rough patch across several days your account has drawn down steadily.
Your absolute floor is $9,400 (6% of $10,000 = $600 max loss). The moment your equity touches or drops below $9,400, your account is terminated — regardless of where you are in the trading day or your daily loss allowance.
Minimum 7 Trading Days Before Payout
Your daily start balance at 2 AM UTC is $10,000. You need at least 7 trading days before requesting a payout.
A trading day runs from 2 AM UTC to 2 AM UTC and is only counted when your balance moves by 0.25% or more in profit or loss. For a $10,000 balance, your balance at the next 2 AM UTC snapshot must be above $10,025 or below $9,975 for it to count. Days where balance changes less than 0.25% do not count.
High-Frequency Trading Violation
You are trading BTC/USD on your Instant Funded account. Over a 3-minute window you place and fill 4 separate orders in the same direction on the same asset.
Having more than 3 filled orders (4 or more) in the same direction on the same asset within 3 minutes is classified as HFT. Your account will receive an official warning.
If the same pattern is detected again, your account will be immediately failed. There is no further appeal for repeat HFT violations.
Tick Scalping — Sub-1-Minute Trades
You place 10 trades on your Instant Funded account, out of which 2 are closed in under a minute. You want to request a payout.
More than 10% of your trades (2 out of 10 = 20%) are closed under 1 minute. You cannot request a payout. Continue trading until this percentage falls below 10% — for example, place 10 more trades (bringing your total to 20) so that 2 out of 20 = 10%.
If you have generated $1,000 in profits and $200 came from trades closed under 1 minute (20%), you need to request a payout.
Since sub-1-minute profit share is 20% (exceeding 10% limit), you need to continue trading until your total profits reach at least $2,000, so the sub-1-minute profit share drops to 10% or below.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I hit the daily loss limit?
If you reach your daily loss limit (3% for Instant Funding and One-Step, 5% for Two-Step), your account will be failed.
How is the consistency rule calculated?
The consistency rule (for Instant Funding accounts) ensures no single trade or day's profit exceeds 15% of your total accumulated profits. We take the higher of your best profitable day and your best profitable trade, divide it by your total PnL, and check that ratio at payout time.
Can I trade any instruments?
Yes, you can trade all available cryptocurrency, forex, and commodities pairs. Leverage limits vary by asset class: Two-Step offers Forex 100x, Commodities 30x, Crypto 2x; One-Step and Instant Funding offer Forex 30x, Commodities 10x, Crypto 1x.
When can I request a payout?
Payout requests can only be submitted during the payout window: Sunday 11:59 PM IST to Monday 12 PM IST. Requests submitted outside this window will not be processed. Once submitted, payouts are processed in under 2 hours.
What's the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal amount is $100. Withdrawals are processed in USDT via Ethereum (ERC-20), BNB Chain (BEP20), or Tron (TRC-20) networks.
Do I get my fee back?
Yes! Your evaluation fee is fully refunded on your third profit split payout for all challenge types, subject to successful completion of the challenge and meeting payout eligibility.
Is there a time limit to complete the evaluation?
Yes, there is a time limit! All challenges and funded accounts have a strict limit of exactly 7 days to complete all criteria and profit targets.
General Trading Rules
News Trading
News trading is allowed during evaluation stages. You can hold trades through news events. However, deliberately opening trades only around major news for quick profits is discouraged. On funded accounts, profits from trades opened/closed within 3 minutes of high-impact news won't count unless the trade was opened at least 5 hours before the event.
Hedging (Same Account)
Hedging within the same trading account is prohibited. You cannot open opposite positions (buy and sell) on the same instrument within your account.
Hedging Across Multiple Accounts
Hedging across different accounts is strictly prohibited. You cannot open opposite positions on the same instrument across multiple Try Funding accounts or accounts with other prop firms. This is considered arbitrage and will result in immediate account termination.
Expert Advisors (EAs)
Using Expert Advisors (EAs) for trade management and risk management is allowed. However, third-party EAs designed to pass prop firm evaluations or copy trading services are prohibited.
Weekend & Overnight Holding
You can hold positions over the weekend and overnight. There are no restrictions on holding times, giving you full flexibility in your trading strategy.
High-Frequency Trading (HFT)
More than 3 filled orders (4 or more) in the same direction on the same asset within 3 minutes is classified as HFT. High-frequency trading, latency arbitrage, and any form of exploiting platform or price feed delays is strictly prohibited. Such activities will result in account termination.
Toxic Trading Behaviour
Tick scalping and arbitrage are strictly prohibited as mentioned in our Terms and Conditions Section 13ii. If more than 10% of your trades are closed under 1 minute, or more than 10% of your profits come from trades closed under 1 minute, your account cannot request a payout. You can continue trading until these percentages fall below 10%. If a continuous pattern of closing trades under a minute is detected, the account will be banned.
Copy Trading
Using third-party copy trading services or having someone else manage your account is not allowed. You must execute your own trading decisions.
Account Sharing
Each trader is allowed only one account per evaluation level. Sharing login credentials or trading on behalf of others is strictly prohibited.
Payout Window
The payout window is from Sunday 11:59 PM IST to Monday 12 PM IST. Payout requests can only be submitted during this window. Requests made outside this window will not be accepted. Once submitted, payouts are typically processed in under 2 hours. In cases requiring detailed verification, processing may take up to 24 hours.
